Problems/Troubleshooting

If you have a problem with your machine:

1. Find and click on the "MAIL" icon in the Applications folder

2. Select New Message.

3. In the To: box type in support@tcnetworks.com

In the subject tag of the e-mail put a one-two word description of what the problem is.

In the body of the e-mail, type the best possible description of what the problem is with as many examples as possible or symptoms as possible.
